Bonafide Roots Hair Care was started because our founder Nykole was not satisfied with the products on the market for curly hair. Most products were chemical based and felt more damaging than repairing. She wanted to create products that were not only natural, but that actually worked. Nykole tests all of our products before we release them, therefore they have been proven to be effective at providing the best results & are hypoallergenic! 

Our goal is to help all people grow and maintain healthy natural hair while feeling confident in knowing that all of our products are 100% natural and hand crafted with the best possible ingredients.

Beyond that, we wanted to create a product line that is not gender specific or hair type specific. Our products are for anyone who wants to grow their hair free from harsh chemicals and additives. Moreover, we are a Faith-Based Business who believes in instilling your roots in Jesus Christ.
