Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 Business Days (Weekends are excluded)


Orders are not shipped out on Major Holidays. Orders will ship out on Saturdays if processed in time.It would be communicated via email if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, and if you should expect any delays.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use USPS to ship our products. You will be able to choose from First Class Mail, First Class Package, Parcel Select Ground, Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express Shipping.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or Apartments

Please be sure to double check your information and verify that you have entered the correct delivery address and unit number. 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number once the order has shipped. 

Damages

Bonafide Roots Hair Care is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim at love@bonafideroots.com.  Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
